Health Habits For June
- Take your shoes off and walk round the garden barefoot. Stretch and wiggle your toes, we often forget the tough job they do
- Put a bowl of fresh fruits on your desk. Just a small cereal bowl with an apple, orange, grapes and something exotic can be cheerful and healthy
- Treat yourself to a bunch of beautiful flowers and send some to a friend just to say how much they mean to you and see how you feel
- Only watch or read comedy for a week-do not watch the news
- Go for a walk with your mobile switched off or better still leave at home and notice how you feel. Relaxed and calm or twitchy because...........
- Think about what you want to achieve by Christmas and make a plan of action-or ask for help. You could call me!
